9. Key Responsibilities
10. • Teach dynamic, hands on English lessons for Kids, Teens, and Young Adults, with a strong focus on communication and fluency.
11. • Integrate 21st-century skills such as collaboration, critical thinking, and creativity into everyday classroom practice.
12. • Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment, encouraging curiosity, empathy, and learner autonomy.
13. • Monitor student progress and provide clear, constructive feedback to students and their families.
14. • Contribute to a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and professional excellence.
15. Requirements
16. • Degree in Languages, Education, Pedagogy, or related fields.
17. • Fluent English, with excellent spoken and written communication.
18. • Prior experience teaching English to young learners is a strong asset.
19. • Strong classroom presence, creativity, and the ability to engage and motivate students.
20. • Commitment to student development — both academic and personal.
21. • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
