13. ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
14. You will join the Identity and Access Management (IAM) program, working in a team responsible for building a robust, secure, and scalable platform to manage access rights. The system will be responsible for managing and provisioning access to various applications used by the company on a global scale.
15. RESPONSIBILITIES:
16. • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements for the access management system.
17. • Implement policies and fine-grained access control mechanisms tailored to business application needs.
18. • Follow coding standards and perform unit testing to ensure code quality.
19. • Actively participate in the Scrum team and Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, dailies, retrospectives, and reviews), developing solutions iteratively.
20. • Write clean, sustainable, and well-documented code, as well as policies using Rego.
21. • Collaborate with other developers to ensure that deliverables meet acceptance criteria.
22. • Fix bugs and implement improvements based on code review feedback.
23. • Ensure proper coverage with unit, integration, and policy tests.
24. • Support the creation and maintenance of technical documentation and user guides.
25. • Understand the system design and process flows and develop features using Open Policy Agent (OPA).
26. REQUIREMENTS:
27. For Mid-Level Candidates:
28. • Practical knowledge in Information Security and Identity and Access Management (IAM/ILM/PAM/IGA);
29. • Good understanding of access control types and models;
30. • Proficiency in JavaScript and familiarity with frameworks such as Angular;
31. • Proficiency in .NET 8 or higher;
32. • Experience in full-stack development or specialization in front-end/back-end with databases;
33. • Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and Domain-Driven Design (DDD);
34. • Experience with microservices, containers (Docker), and Kubernetes;
35. • Familiarity with OAuth2, JWT, JSON, XML, RESTful APIs, and Azure cloud;
36. • Knowledge of secure and auditable access control practices.
37. For Senior-Level Candidates:
38. • Advanced expertise in Information Security and Identity and Access Management (IAM/ILM/PAM/IGA);
39. • Strong understanding of access control types and models;
40. • Proficiency in JavaScript and familiarity with frameworks such as Angular;
41. • Proficiency in .NET 8 or higher;
42. • Experience in full-stack development or specialization in front-end/back-end with databases;
43. • Strong grasp of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and Domain-Driven Design (DDD);
44. • Experience with microservices, containers (Docker), and Kubernetes;
45. • Familiarity with OAuth2, JWT, JSON, XML, RESTful APIs, and Azure cloud;
46. • Knowledge of secure and auditable access control practices;
47. • Ability to lead technical decisions and mentor team members.

49. For both levels, a completed higher education degree and advanced or fluent English are required, due to collaboration with international teams.
50. NICE TO HAVE:
51. • Experience with Rust or other modern programming languages
52. • Hands-on experience with Rego and Open Policy Agent (OPA)
53. • Knowledge of Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform

56. Advanced and/or fluent English is mandatory, as the role involves working with international teams
